A piece of the property.
Vestafi lets you co-own residential property in Uganda alongside other people, without buying a whole building.

ROOTED IN UGANDA. OPEN TO YOU.
I’m building a way for people to co-own property in Uganda and share in the rental income it brings in.
Without buying a whole building.
Without managing tenants yourself.
THE APPROACH
Own alongside others. Share in what comes in.
Let someone on the ground handle the everyday.
Vestafi lets you co-own residential property in Uganda alongside other people, without buying a whole building.
You share in the rental income the property brings in. A tangible connection between what you own and what it earns.
I handle the property, the tenants, and the reporting. You don’t need to be in the country or manage it yourself.
This isn’t a fund or a bank product. It’s a straightforward way to hold real property, backed by real buildings, in a market I know well.
WHY UGANDA
For people looking at Uganda from anywhere in the world.
Kampala and the areas around it are growing fast. Housing demand keeps outpacing supply, especially for well managed, decent apartments.
For Ugandans living abroad, this is a way to own real estate back home without flying in every few months to check on it.
A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER
Hakiza RonaldFounder, Vestafi · Kampala
I started Vestafi because I kept seeing the same problem: people who wanted a stake in Uganda’s property market had no honest, well managed way in, and the ones already here had no way to make their properties work harder without doing everything themselves.
I’m not a bank and I’m not a fund manager. I’m one person, based in Kampala, building a more personal way into property ownership.
